We work closely with developers to create inviting spaces for show apartments, public café areas, concierge areas, gyms, screening rooms and private dinning. Using natural finishes and muted colours, a combination of textures, touchable fabrics, wall coverings and flooring, we strive to create the perfect balance between function and inviting aesthetics. Lighting — both intimate and focused depending on the use — illuminates and brings to life the designs. Installation is personally overseen on every project and carried out by the KHI Design team both in the UK and internationally.
