TESTIMONIALS

I have known KHI Interiors for some 5 years. The commission was originally as a consultant for Bridgewater New Homes, used on a number of occasions providing advice and assistance with house staging and interior design. They are resourceful, professional and very capable. They don't always go for the expensive option like other designers, but treats your money like their own - a great but often rare asset for any consultant. With a vast experience in sales and marketing, they are articulate and have he great quality of being able to converse with people at all levels. I would recommend using these "motivated" and "get on with it" ladies.

KHI's flexible approach allows their clients to tailor their package to their budget, ranging from a single room to a full design service, including onsite liaison with the project build team throughout the build process. khi were retained on a development of two new £2m houses in Surrey. They proved to be incredibly efficient in their dealings with the in-house team, onsite build team and delivered a fantastic product on time and within budget.

In May, we launched two London mixed-use developments: Callis Yard in Woolwich (152 residential units) and Grafton Quarter in Croydon (97 residential, 78 commercial units). To showcase our designs, we needed purpose-built show apartments tailored to young professional couples, balancing aspiration with affordability and uniqueness. After struggling with designers who missed our vision, we met Lisa and Kathy. They not only understood our brief but collaborated seamlessly, even when we weren't fully prepared. Their dedication resulted in exceptional show apartments, garnering excellent buyer feedback. We wholeheartedly recommend them and look forward to
future collaborations.
